1. CDL Rowdies Night is August 29th at 6 PM--

   All CDL teams/players/families are encouraged to buy discounted tickets to the Tampa Bay Rowdies Aug. 29th for a great night of soccer showing that the CDL supports our Rowdies!

    Players will be allowed to arrive 1 hr. early to do the following:

    A. Walk out with players B. Do tunnel slap as players come on field C. Ball boy/girl duties during the game D. Allowed on field at end of game for autographs

    Coaches can also participate in a pre-game Chalk Talk to get inside info on game.

2. Congratulations to the 3 CDL Teams that won 2010 FYSA State Cup Championships:

    RSL U-18 Girls  *   RSL U-16 Boys  *   HCU U-15 Boys

     Congratulations to the RSL U-16 Boys for winning Southern Regionals and for making it to the National Finals Game!

3. The 2010-11 Fall Season for Senior Teams will begin on Sept.11th (with one exception, RSL vs SS on Aug. 28th). The Fall Season will be split between Fall and Spring. Most age groups will play 9 games with 6 venues taking place in the Fall and 3 venues taking place in the Spring. One of the Spring venues will be a College Showcase event taking place at IMG in Bradenton.  This new format will take pressure off the fall schedule and provide quality games in the Spring in preparation for State Cup.

4. ALL CDL SENIOR TEAM ROSTERS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 10th. Please see your Club DOC to confirm you team roster has been sent in.

    A Central Florida Soccer League formed and operated by the Directors of Coaching from each club that is in the league.

The Club Directors League is fully sanctioned and affiliatedwith FYSA, USYSA, and US Soccer Federation. We abideby all FYSA rules and regulations including poaching rulesand red card violations. All teams participating in theCDL meet qualification rules for State Cup with FYSA.

 League Mission Statement:

“To provide local league competition with the member clubs  that provides an atmosphere for each club to best develop it’s teams and players so that each team has the best possible opportunity to compete on a premiere basis. The league is   simply a scheduling body for those games.”
